Main Activities and Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and train staff (cleaning, maintenance, security) in task execution and behavioral conduct. * Operational Management: Monitor cleaning schedules, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring building conservation. * Materials Control: Request, inspect, and manage the use of materials, PPE, and cleaning equipment to prevent waste. * Third-Party Contractor Control: Monitor outsourced service delivery, verifying contract compliance and service quality. * Security and Infrastructure: Identify and resolve structural, lighting, air-conditioning, and security issues to ensure a safe environment. * Reporting and Documentation: Prepare checklists, activity reports, and record incidents for facilities management.
