Job Summary: Civil Project Engineer responsible for field activities, multidisciplinary project management, and development of planning, scheduling, procurement, and communication plans. We are seeking a **Civil Project Engineer** to work in **Ilhéus/BA**, under a **PJ contract**, for **06 months**. Apply now and join the Planit team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for all field activities of ongoing projects at industrial plants; * Lead multidisciplinary engineering project management for small-, medium-, and high-complexity projects; * Develop planning in accordance with project and engineering management methodology and best practices; * Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed project schedule; * Develop the procurement plan for projects; * Develop the communication plan for stakeholders; * Lead project progress meetings with project stakeholders and suppliers; * Participate in technical evaluation and qualification of suppliers; * Prepare technical descriptive memoranda for quotation and contracting of services/equipment required for projects; * Analyze and compare suppliers’ technical proposals, equalizing scope of supply; * Prepare technical proposal evaluations to support the procurement department in commercial negotiations; * Consolidate costs for project implementation based on equipment, service, material, fabrication, installation, and other necessary packages for full project execution; * Interface with equipment, system, and service suppliers; * Prepare project commissioning protocols. * Organize meetings to review the status of new and/or ongoing projects, aiming to meet each project’s and/or plant’s requirements and specifications; * Update the General Project Implementation Schedule, integrating package schedules as defined in the WBS; * Prepare physical and financial “S-curves” for projects under responsibility; * Prepare and distribute the weekly Project Status Report. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in project management for industrial construction projects (mandatory); * Experience in managing medium-scale construction projects; * Experience in monitoring hygiene and safety regulations; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** Contract Type: PJ Duration: 06 months Work Location: Ilhéus/BA * Meals provided at the project cafeteria (no deductions applied); * Professional Development / Training (available after 1 year). **Clude Saúde** * Telemedicine consultations with General Practitioners (unlimited usage); * Severe disease prevention program; * Telepsychology consultations (two free consultations per month; R$50.00 per additional consultation); * Nutrition and fitness program; * Emotional health program; * Telenutrition consultation (one consultation per month + chat-based follow-up); * Access to healthcare services with discounts; * 24/7 telephone medical guidance, seven days a week; * Medication discounts (up to 80% discount at pharmacies including Droga Raia, Drogasil, Drogaria SP, Drogaria Pacheco, Pague Menos, and others). **Partnerships:** * Partnership with Open English language learning platform; * Partnership with Movida; * Partnership with Udemy. **Our purpose is: "Transforming people and organizations through a planning culture".** Planit was founded in 2009 to address the needs arising from projects—both in planning and in managing their implementation and delivery of results.
