Here, you will combine technical knowledge and experience with an environment that stimulates creativity and the use of the latest technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft highly complex litigation documents (defenses, appeals, interlocutory appeals, objections, memoranda); * Support procedural strategy definition in mid-level cases, especially those involving the electric power and retail sectors; * Conduct in-depth documentary analysis, identify inconsistencies, and recommend appropriate legal arguments; * Research applicable legislation, legal doctrine, case law, and regulatory norms; * Prepare reports, legal opinions, and internal/external communications with clarity, precision, and professional demeanor; * Assist in preparing oral arguments, memoranda, and briefings; * Manage client, party, and notary office communications; * Monitor case progress and track deadlines; * Collaborate proactively with the rest of the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Solid experience in civil litigation, especially in mid-level disputes; * Proficiency in key applicable legislation; * Strong desire for continuous growth; * Affinity with this practice area. **Additional Information** Here are some benefits we offer: Wellhub; Birthday Day Off; Emotional health support program: Moodar; Possibility of hybrid work arrangement.
