Candidate information collected during the recruitment process for open positions is rigorously handled in compliance with the LGPD – General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare loss profiles by analyzing failures that occurred during the week; * Support the development and updating of operational procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards; * Conduct studies and propose improvements to equipment, parts, and tools through technical measurements to identify optimization opportunities. Use instruments such as calipers and tape measures to collect dimensional data; * Monitor predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities, recording information via data collection and photographic documentation to support technical analysis; * Participate in the preparation of technical drawings and diagrams for maintenance and improvement projects; * Assist in equipment failure analysis, preparing technical reports to support decision-making; * Collect operational and photographic data for asset performance recording and analysis; * Support continuous improvement studies for equipment, parts, and tools to increase reliability; * Monitor predictive maintenance inspections, such as vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication; * Conduct field surveys to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement; * Support maintenance indicator management (MTBF, MTTR, availability), updating databases; * Assist in organizing and controlling technical documentation and maintenance records; * Participate in technical and safety meetings, presenting collected information and improvement suggestions; * Actively participate in the company’s institutional safety, health, and environmental tools and programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Electrical Engineering * Basic English proficiency * Full Microsoft Office suite and Power BI **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Health insurance \- Bradesco Saúde; Dental insurance \- Bradesco Dental; Life insurance; On-site cafeteria; Meal allowance; Transportation service; Wellhub; Conexa Saúde.
