Responsible for managing sales, inventory, and customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and store success. Supervise daily operations, plan sales strategies, train and motivate the team, and monitor results to achieve store goals. Hire, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, organize the sales floor, monitor routines, and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the premises. Sales management: Plan and implement sales strategies, set targets, track results, and continuously improve sales techniques. Customer service: Resolve issues, meet customer needs, ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Inventory management: Control inventory levels, monitor product flow, place orders, and ensure sufficient stock to meet demand. Strategic planning: Analyze the market, study competitors, define business strategies, monitor collection launches, and identify target audiences. Financial monitoring: Manage cash flow, track expenses, ensure compliance with regulations, and handle store financial management. People management: Resolve conflicts, monitor team performance, identify development opportunities, and promote company culture. Ability to inspire and motivate the team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback. Strong communication skills—clear and effective, both with the team and with customers.
