Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for construction, installation of finishes, workplace organization, material preparation, and repair of damaged structures. Key Highlights: 1. Foundation, slab, roof, and wall construction. 2. Floor and tile installation, and masonry repairs. 3. Tool organization and handling, and mortar preparation. * Erecting walls, constructing foundations (footings, grade beams), slabs, and roofs. * Installing floors, tiles, ceramics, and porcelain tiles, as well as performing screeding and plastering. * Organizing the workplace, preparing mortar, and operating tools such as trowels, plumb bobs, levels, concrete mixers, and sanders. * Repairing damaged parts of structures, including cracks, masonry leaks, and finish replacements.
