Assistance in assembly and finishing of metal parts Fastmetal is seeking a committed, responsible professional with welding experience to work in our field operations and at workbenches. The welder will be responsible for performing welding and cutting processes on metal parts, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity in all tasks performed. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform welding using **MIG and shielded metal arc welding** processes on materials of varying thicknesses and characteristics; * Perform welding on workbenches, in confined spaces, at heights, and in various working positions; * Prepare joints for welding according to technical specifications or leadership instructions; * Prepare and organize equipment, accessories, welding consumables, and parts to be worked on; * Perform cutting of metal parts and finishing processes, such as grinding and polishing; * Assist in the assembly and disassembly of metal parts and structures; * Support complementary activities, such as tool preparation, material organization, and part painting; * Maintain discipline regarding **occupational safety regulations**, prioritizing individual and collective safety; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Welding course completion; * Minimum **6 months of experience with formal employment record (CLT)**. **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance (Unimed – co-payment); * On-site lunch; * Meal allowance (R$ 2.50 per workday); * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Attendance bonus (R$ 150.00 per month); * Career development plan; * Seniority bonus.
