Job Summary: Fastmetal is seeking a welder for field and bench operations, responsible for welding and cutting metal parts, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Perform MIG and shielded metal arc welding on various materials. 2. Adhere strictly to occupational safety regulations. 3. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of metal parts and structures. Fastmetal is looking for a committed, responsible professional with welding experience to work in our field and bench operations. The welder will be responsible for performing welding and cutting processes on metal parts, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity in all tasks carried out. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform welding using **MIG and shielded metal arc welding** processes on materials of varying thicknesses and characteristics; * Execute welds on benches, in confined spaces, at heights, and in different working positions; * Prepare joints for welding according to technical specifications or leadership instructions; * Set up and organize welding equipment, accessories, consumables, and parts to be worked on; * Perform cutting of metal parts and finishing processes such as grinding and polishing; * Assist in the assembly and disassembly of metal parts and structures; * Support complementary activities including tool preparation, material organization, and part painting; * Strictly adhere to **occupational safety regulations**, prioritizing individual and collective safety; **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Welding training course; * Minimum of **6 months of experience with formal employment record (CLT)**. **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance (Unimed – co-payment plan); * On-site lunch; * Meal allowance (BRL 2.50 per working day); * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance; * Attendance bonus (BRL 150.00 per month); * Career development plan; * Seniority bonus.
