Prepare budgets, request purchases, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for improvement and expense reduction. Support material procurement, analyze suppliers, and negotiate delivery terms and pricing. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations (e.g., NR-11, NR-12) and environmental standards, as well as internal company policies.
