Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency ID Logistics is seeking a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** to work at a **large-scale e\-commerce Distribution Center**, with emphasis on people management, operational KPIs, and shift performance. **We aim to increase female representation in operational leadership positions and encourage women candidates to apply.** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the logistics operations of the shift (receiving, picking, checking, and shipping), ensuring achievement of operational targets and SLAs; * Lead leaders and operational teams in a high-volume, dynamic-paced environment; * Monitor operational KPIs and act promptly on performance deviations; * Manage end-to-end flow within the Distribution Center (inbound and outbound); * Conduct shift management routines (DDS, absenteeism tracking, team sizing, and resource reallocation); * Interface directly with the client to align priorities and operational action plans; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, layout, and operational efficiency; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational accuracy standards. ### **Requirements** **✅** * Availability to work **night shift: 1:00 AM to 8:20 AM (Monday to Saturday)**. * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Experience managing people in logistics operations; * Experience in **e\-commerce / fulfillment** operations; * Experience with operational KPIs and shift management in Distribution Centers; ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance: BRL 26/day (approx.
