If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of a team guided by excellence and results, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Fleet Maintenance Analyst II is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle, equipment, and machinery fleet used in highway operations, guaranteeing vehicle availability and safety while complying with industry technical and regulatory standards. * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fleet vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, heavy machinery, etc.), ensuring they remain in suitable operating condition; * Inventory and Parts Control: Manage inventory of parts and materials required for fleet maintenance, placing replenishment orders as needed, and ensuring procurement and storage processes meet the company's operational requirements; * Performance Indicator Monitoring: Monitor and analyze fleet performance indicators—such as availability, maintenance cost, and downtime—and propose continuous improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs; * Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports on fleet status, maintenance performed, and replacement or repair needs, providing data and information to support management and decision-making; * Documentation Management: Maintain and update vehicle documentation—including licensing, inspections, insurance, document validity tracking, and compliance with transportation and highway concession regulatory standards; * Field Operations Support: Support field operations by identifying emergency maintenance needs and providing necessary assistance, ensuring fleet availability for all activities related to highway operations and maintenance; * Third-Party Contract Oversight: Monitor contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers related to fleet maintenance—such as workshops and emergency service providers—ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality, and costs; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Technical courses in Fleet Maintenance or related areas—desirable; Experience in planning preventive and corrective maintenance, parts and materials control, and supplier contract management. Knowledge of maintenance techniques for heavy vehicles, machinery, and equipment used in highway operations (trucks, support vehicles, heavy equipment, etc.); Familiarity with fleet management systems (e.g., Fleet Management System); Ability to prepare and analyze maintenance technical reports; Knowledge of safety regulations, transportation legislation, and highway sector regulations. **Additional Information** On-site work in Uberaba/MG; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea, an investment management platform specialized in partnership with Banco Itaú, with expertise across multiple business areas—including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** The MS-306 Highway Concessionaire S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia (MS), incorporating 1.4 kilometers of BR-359 from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** The East MS Highways Concessionaire S.A. manages the concession for MS-112 and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 runs from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia—a distance of 200.5 kilometers. The concessioned BR-158 segment extends from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 segment stretches from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge—a length of 18.10 kilometers—crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** The BR 262 MG Highway Concessionaire S.A. manages the concession for BR-262, covering the stretch from km 360+100—at its junction with BR-381 in Betim—to km 799—at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba—totaling 438.9 kilometers. This concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – The Rota Sertaneja MG-GO Concessionaire manages 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG—from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG—from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to its junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – The BR-364 MT Highway Concessionaire S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. This federal concession covers portions of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT—located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with 245,000 inhabitants and the state’s second-largest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
