Job Summary: We are seeking a construction warehouse clerk to handle material receipt and verification, tools and inventory management, and rented equipment control, ensuring site organization and workflow. We are looking for a construction warehouse clerk to work in Passos/MG, responsible for material receipt, invoice (NF) and purchase order verification, follow-up on material deliveries, tools and delivered materials management and control, material inventory organization, rented equipment control, and submission of invoices for delivered orders to the site administration. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive materials, verifying specifications, values, and quantities against purchase orders to ensure alignment between request and delivery; * Monitor inventory inflows and outflows to prevent delays in service execution; * Organize material inventories to improve tracking of used items and those yet to be released; * Control distribution of equipment and materials to staff, as well as end-of-day equipment return to prevent loss or waste; * Perform other duties related to the position, as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Computer literacy; Strong communication skills with suppliers; Organizational ability, discipline, and responsibility.
