Responsibilities and Duties \- Prepare meals according to medical prescriptions; \- Correctly identify meals based on each patient's needs and preferences; \- Perform cleaning and sanitization of the workplace and equipment; \- Restock supplies as needed; \- Prepare desserts and juices according to prescribed dietotherapy; \- Sanitize thermal meal containers after meals; \- Distribute meals and water to hospital wards; \- Collect thermal trays from hospital wards and surgical centers; \- Ensure good practices in food handling, portioning, and distribution; \- Follow standardized procedures outlined in SOPs and the SND Good Practices Manual.
