Organized bar management and legal compliance Beverage Preparation: * **Mixology and recipes:** Know and apply various preparation techniques, such as shaking, mixing, and garnishing with fruits or herbs, to create cocktails. * **Beverage knowledge:** Master knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages, including non-alcoholic options. * **Equipment usage:** Operate bar equipment such as shakers, blenders, and measuring tools, ensuring precision and quality. Customer Service and Experience: * **Reception and service:** Greet customers promptly, take orders accurately, and deliver high-quality, personalized service. * **Communication:** Engage with customers intelligently, demonstrating expertise and empathetic listening to foster a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. * **Visual experience:** Present beverages that not only taste excellent but are also visually attractive, potentially incorporating showmanship such as flair bartending or flame effects.
