If you’re organized, detail\-oriented, and enjoy collaborating to ensure internal processes run efficiently, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive, inspect, and register products returned by customers or carriers. * Classify and sort returned products according to return reason (damage, expiration, exchange, operational error, etc.). * Conduct quality inspections on returned items and support resolution actions with relevant departments. * Identify and flag damaged products in accordance with internal control and disposal policies. * Record inventory movements in the system and ensure correct physical and accounting location of items. * Support receipt of consumables and supplies as backup for the department. * Participate in rotating inventories and stock controls. * Contribute to organizing and maintaining return and quality areas. * Ensure proper use of PPEs and comply with safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills (system usage, basic Excel). * Optional: training in logistics or quality control. * Optional: certification in return analysis, damage control, or related fields. * Prior experience in distribution centers or logistics operators is desirable. * Experience in return management, quality assurance, or inventory processes will be considered a plus. **Additional information** Meal allowance/food benefit via Flash benefits card \- R$30.00/day; You choose between transportation allowance or fuel allowance — also via Flash card (flexible benefit); 50% discount on any product from the Ei Beleza Group; A day off to celebrate your birthday and a voucher to choose any product! \#DayOff; Co\-pay health plan; Dental plan; TotalPass for staying healthy; Clude Saúde; Life insurance; Profit\-sharing program (PLR); Pharmacy network; SESC network; Flexible dress code: just be yourself!
