ACTIVITIES:
The Social Educator delivers theoretical professional training content to young people, fostering dialogue between theory and practice within companies. It is the educator’s responsibility to seek and apply tools and strategies during Training Sessions to establish a direct link with the reality of the corporate world—the primary rationale behind Rede Cidadã’s Apprenticeship/Employability Program. **Study and prepare theoretical professional training sessions according to the content of Rede Cidadã’s Professional Apprenticeship Program;**
* Provide pedagogical, cultural, social, and recreational support to project participants;
* Monitor apprentices’ attendance at Training Sessions;
* Address improvements identified in Performance Evaluations conducted by the hiring company during Training Sessions;
* Conduct Pre\-Termination and Termination Interviews with young people when required;
* Participate in weekly team meetings focused on improving Apprenticeship/Employability processes;
* Participate in graduation planning and execution;
* Request Tutor support, when necessary, regarding specific issues affecting young people;
* Report infrastructure needs and youth-related matters to immediate management;
* Keep young people’s Portfolio Folders up to date;
* Propose and pursue supplementary pedagogical activities aligned with topics covered in Training Sessions;
* Maintain accuracy of documents and information relevant to the development of Training Sessions;
* Organize lectures and testimonials by invited professionals, providing examples and content about work and life for young people (Corporate Relations);
* Organize cultural and training visits to museums, companies, and various institutions that promote professional learning;
* Participate in organizing, mobilizing, and attending institutional events—especially apprentice graduations.
PREREQUISITES:
* Reside in Nova Serrana/MG;
* Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy, Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources;
* Computer literacy, especially intermediate-level Microsoft Office;
* Teaching experience in classroom settings.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Position type: Temporary
Contract duration: 12 months
Compensation: R$1\.300,00 \- R$1\.400,00 per month
