Job Summary: Assists teachers in preparing and implementing pedagogical activities, supervises students in the classroom, organizes the learning environment, and collaborates with the educational team and parents. Key Highlights: 1. Classroom student supervision and guidance. 2. Active collaboration in the preparation and implementation of pedagogical activities. 3. Participation in planning and meetings with the teaching staff. * Assist teachers in preparing and implementing pedagogical activities, supporting lesson planning and helping organize teaching materials. * Participate in delivering educational activities, such as pedagogical games, reading sessions, playful and recreational activities. * Supervise students in the classroom, guiding them during activities, clarifying doubts, and assisting with task completion. * Observe student behavior, identifying their needs and difficulties, and reporting relevant information to the responsible teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, workshops, and school events. * Support the development and organization of pedagogical projects, including cultural events, presentations, and exhibitions. * Assist in welcoming and integrating new students or those facing adaptation difficulties. * Organize the classroom environment, ensuring teaching materials and resources are available and in good working condition. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and other planning activities with the teaching staff, providing insights and suggestions for the educational process. * Assist in preparing reports on student performance and progress, recording observations and communicating them to the teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Collaborate in communication with parents and guardians, providing information about activities conducted and student development.
