Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS: 14 Location: Betim \- MG Application Deadline: 01/25/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Monitor fixed and variable costs of the Distribution Center; * Serve internal and external customers in conflict situations and high-complexity scenarios; * Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, aiming for greater efficiency and cost reduction; * Manage CAPEX; * Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers of raw materials, transportation companies, and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality services at efficient costs; * Prepare materials such as presentations and reports for management review; * Ensure inventory management, including periodic and official inventories meeting expected accuracy levels; * Maintain infrastructure and equipment at the facility; * Ensure facility compliance with applicable regulations and standards, performing renewals when required and following Suzano-established process procedures; * Manage the logistics team, fostering a diverse environment, developing team members, and conducting recognition initiatives.
