We seek a creative, organized, and passionate Instructional Designer for corporate education to join Universidade Certifica. This person will be responsible for transforming technical content into engaging and effective learning experiences, directly contributing to the development of our employees and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** Identify learning needs in collaboration with management and subject-matter experts, defining target audience, objectives, and appropriate formats; Design courses and learning pathways, organizing modules, instructional sequences, methodologies, and assessments; Develop instructional scripts and storyboards for videos, slides, and supplementary materials; Adapt technical content into pedagogically sound, accessible language, ensuring alignment with Universidade Certifica (UC) standards; Guide subject-matter experts and content developers during course development to ensure quality and consistency; Oversee recording, editing, and layout of materials, ensuring fidelity to scripts and UC’s visual standards; Monitor production timelines from planning through Learning Management System (LMS) publication; Review and validate materials prior to publication, ensuring visual, pedagogical, and technical quality; Support ongoing updating and maintenance of published content; Analyze course metrics and feedback to propose improvements and optimizations; Support Universidade Certifica leadership in project prioritization, learning pathway planning, and strategic decision-making; Research emerging methodological and technological trends applicable to UC courses; Maintain consistent alignment with production, marketing, and communications teams to ensure institutional standardization and identity. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Psychology, Educational Design, or related fields.
