Job Summary: This position supports the preparation and assembly of coils, following technical instructions and quality standards, collaborating with the team to meet production targets. Key Highlights: 1. Assists in the preparation and assembly of coils with a focus on quality and safety. 2. Collaborates with operators and assemblers to ensure support for the production process. 3. Supports visual inspection of components and coils, reporting irregularities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in coil preparation and assembly activities, following technical instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with operators and assemblers to provide necessary production support and contribute to achieving production targets. * Support preparation of materials and components used in coil manufacturing, such as wires, cables, insulators, and accessories, according to technical specifications. * Assist in coil assembly by performing supporting tasks including material positioning, part fixation, application of tapes and insulators, and component organization during the process. * Perform cleaning, identification, and material/ parts handling within the production area using appropriate tools and equipment. * Assist in visual inspection of components and coils, reporting irregularities, damages, or deviations to production supervisors. * Strictly adhere to operational procedures and work instructions, contributing to production quality and efficiency. * Cooperate with the team in final assembly and testing activities when required, always under guidance from more experienced professionals.
