Who will you work with? The Integration Department is responsible for ensuring that key project milestones are completed with quality, on schedule, and aligned with our customers’ requirements. The Integration Specialist role is strategic and encompasses leadership in processes, tools, and methodologies supporting the Integrated Testing area. The specialist will serve as a technical reference in DevOps, quality control, agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices, guiding the team and supporting management in planning, execution, and continuous improvement. How will you make a difference? As an Integration Specialist, you will act as an agile facilitator in integration projects, ensuring implementation of best practices in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban). Define and maintain DevOps processes, integrating CI/CD tools, test automation, and continuous delivery pipelines. Support governance of control tools such as test management systems, code versioning, defect tracking, and metric monitoring. Implement Quality Assurance (QA) and process quality practices, defining indicators and conducting retrospectives for continuous evolution. Act as a bridge between global teams (Brazil, USA, and India), ensuring process consistency and effective communication. Guide analysts (junior, mid-level, and senior) in test execution, tool usage, and adoption of agile methodologies. Propose and implement structural improvements in the Integration Lab, automating routines and optimizing testing processes. Support leadership in defining delivery strategies and roadmaps. What do we want to know about you?* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Practical experience with DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, continuous integration, test automation). * Solid experience as a Scrum Master or agile leader in technology projects. * Advanced knowledge of version control tools (Git, SVN), defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, IBM ELM, etc.), and test management. * Experience in task demand distribution and effort tracking for projects executed by team members. * Strong experience in QA and software validation processes. * Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). * Ability to guide cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments. * Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written). * Critical analysis and complex problem-solving capabilities. * Preferred: certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), DevOps Foundation, ISTQB. What will your day-to-day look like?* Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective) with Integration teams. * Establish and monitor quality KPIs, ensuring results align with project goals. * Manage DevOps pipelines and related systems, integrating test automation and continuous deliveries. * Provide support and maintenance for control tools used by the lab. * Promote continuous improvement through metric analysis, bottleneck identification, and solution proposals. * Directly support global teams in release planning, integrations, and test cycles. * Share knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Serve as the technical and methodological reference within the Integration Department.
