This role also entails providing specialized technical support to the sales team throughout the pre-sales process, contributing to successful sales closure and ensuring successful delivery of solutions, while adhering to internal policies, code of conduct, and applicable legislation to achieve defined company goals.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand customer needs, identifying the optimal technical, functional, and economic solution aligned with those needs to pursue viable business opportunities for the company. * Develop, enhance, or customize high-complexity IT technological solutions, demonstrating the benefits and differentiators of these solutions to the sales team, who in turn present them to customers — aiming to create opportunities for new business. * Prepare documentation for products and services, gathering and compiling all technical information about the developed solution for presentation and support to the sales team and customers. * Provide technical support to the sales team by participating in customer meetings, contributing technical insights on presented solutions, aiming to retain or secure new business for the company. * Strengthen partnerships with authorized distributors and manufacturers to define BOMs, register opportunities, and quote products and services — identifying potential new business opportunities. * Stay updated on market tools and trends, studying emerging technologies and differentiators, attending events, trade shows, and customer visits, etc., actively seeking and sharing intelligence on competitive solutions that address current demands and/or generate new business opportunities. * Participate in and/or lead forums, communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to discuss technical topics and propose viable solution options for raised issues/problems. * Prepare and execute updates to reports and KPIs under their responsibility, monitoring and analyzing results to ensure adherence to procedures, targets, and necessary corrective actions. * Implement improvements to processes, products, or services under their responsibility, ensuring effective outcomes and safeguarding company assets. * Lead complex telecom infrastructure solution projects, such as LAN/WLAN, SD-WAN; knowledge of radio solutions, private LTE, and 5G may be advantageous. * Participate in training and mentoring the pre-sales team, with a focus on infrastructure services **Additional Information:** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration. * Commission and bonus tied to goal achievement. * Daily allowance of R$40.10 per business day. * Gympass. * Allya. * Training and certification incentive. * Birthday day off. * PPR — Annual profit-sharing program
