Technical customer support to ensure service quality A telecommunications company is seeking a Telecommunications Technician in Passos. **Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and maintain fiber optic networks in residential and commercial premises. Conduct signal testing, diagnose and repair failures in telecommunications infrastructure. Provide technical support to customers, clarify doubts, and ensure service quality. Perform fiber optic cable splicing and connection using specialized equipment. Operate personal vehicle for travel between service locations within the city and surrounding region. Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
