Use appropriate tools for testing and technical diagnosis. Maintenance and Repairs: Repair components such as displays, batteries, connectors, cameras, speakers, microphones, etc. Replace parts precisely and with technical care. Perform internal and external cleaning of devices, including using suitable products or equipment (e.g., oxidation cleaning). Software Updates and Maintenance: Install and update operating systems (Android, iOS). Perform device formatting, data backup, and restoration. Unlock devices (where legally permitted). Remove viruses or malware. Customer Service (if applicable): Provide technical support to customers, explaining identified issues and procedures performed. Assist with cost estimates and service explanations. Record service interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Parts and Equipment Management: Manage inventory of replacement parts and tools.
