Franzen is certified under ISO 9001/2015, which forms the foundation of its management system—enhancing efficiency, productivity, and credibility while strengthening competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Your Day-to-Day:** This role’s primary mission is to install, disassemble, assemble, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and inspect systems across the company’s production lines. * Delegate, supervise, and guide assistants during task execution. * Complete safety documentation and instruct assistants on proper completion procedures. * Perform electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment/machinery lockouts. * Carry out installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance on all systems per issued service orders. * Complete documents and applications related to performed activities. * Ensure proper care and appropriate use of company assets, including vehicles, mobile phones, tools, laptops, etc. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure safer task execution. * Perform all tasks related to component recharging and refurbishment. * Execute and guide others in performing component recharging and refurbishment services. * Participate in technical handovers of installed systems under supervisor oversight. * When required, operate company vehicles for operational or administrative activities, adhering to internal fleet safety and usage policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **What You Need:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in equipment maintenance and general mechanics;; #### **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Driver’s license category "B"; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Technical course in mechanics. **Additional Information** Why Join the Franzen Group?
