Job Summary: Perform general building maintenance, including floor and wall repairs, with mechanical knowledge for component and motor replacements. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general building and infrastructure maintenance 2. Mechanical knowledge for various component replacements 3. CLT employment with weekly days off and alternating Sundays **NOTE: Preference for candidates residing in the following neighborhoods: Morumbi, Santa Mônica, São Jorge, Granada, and surrounding areas.** **Salary: BRL 2,000.00 \+ 30% Hazard Pay** Requirements: Perform general maintenance tasks aligned with company needs (building, floor, and wall maintenance), possess mechanical knowledge (component replacement, motor replacement, pump seal replacement, etc.).
