Conducting Recruitment and Selection with risk perception assessment **Saquetto Industrial** is seeking a professional to work strategically and integrally across **Human Resources** and **Occupational Safety**. This person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor and environmental legislation, as well as reinforcing safety and prevention culture in the production environment, contributing to a safer, more engaged, and efficient workplace. Main Responsibilities ✔ Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** processes for technical profiles (e.g., CNC operators and lathe operators), also assessing candidates’ risk perception and preventive attitudes. ✔ Carry out **onboarding** of new employees, focusing on organizational culture and Operational Safety practices. ✔ Develop and implement initiatives related to **organizational climate, employee engagement, and internal marketing**. ✔ Collaborate with the **Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA)** and organize the **Annual Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT)**, supporting elections, campaigns, and preventive initiatives aligned with industrial environment risks. ✔ Support **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** management, including inventory control, distribution, recordkeeping, and mandatory documentation.
