Job Summary: A professional to plan, execute, and monitor on-farm cell culture and fermentation operations, optimize process parameters, conduct training, and perform maintenance on bioreactors. Maintenance and startup of biomanufacturing facilities/bioreactors **Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor on-farm cell culture and fermentation operations in bioreactors; * Control and optimize process parameters (temperature, pH, oxygen, etc.); * Support on-farm scale-up activities at customer sites; * Prepare technical reports (including plating and microbial morphology analysis) for on-farm scale-up activities; * Provide technical support to customers/distributors regarding on-farm production outputs and report analyses; * Conduct on-farm scale-up training (SOP: Cultivation) and quality control training for customers/distributors; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on biomanufacturing facilities/bioreactors installed at customer sites; * Startup of biomanufacturing facilities/bioreactors and equipment upgrades; * Technical handover of biomanufacturing facilities/bioreactors installed at customer sites; * NPS (audit) – evaluation of customers/distributors; * Internal coordination with Production, Quality Control (QC), and Product Development (PD) teams; * Ensure safety during road travel by driving company vehicles defensively and strictly complying with traffic regulations to mitigate risks and prevent accidents during trips. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Production Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** Solid foundation in cell biology, biochemistry, and microbiology. Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems. **Skills:** Analytical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity, sense of urgency, and clear, effective communication. **Requirements:** Driver's License Category B; willingness and availability for business travel.
