Position: Cook I Salary: R$ 2\.387,12 Working hours: 220 hours/month Schedule: According to unit requirements Education Level: Up to incomplete 5th grade of Elementary Education (former 4th grade) or literacy without formal schooling. Experience: 6 months of experience in the role. Work Location: Uberlândia/MG Contract Type: Monthly contract Contract Duration: Indefinite term This Selection Process is of the Permanent type; during the curriculum submission period and until the final result stage, selection activities including the Practical Assessment stage will be conducted. Candidates who submit their applications and are approved in the Curriculum Assessment stage will be contacted via e\-mail or phone (as registered in their resume) to participate in the Practical Assessment stage (Case Study \+ Interview). During this contact, candidates will be informed of the date, location, and time for this stage, which will be held in person. Candidates will receive a text related to the position and must describe, based on the text, a brief account of their experience in the role and their alignment with the position. Approximate duration: 10 minutes for the description. Subsequently, candidates will undergo an individual interview lasting approximately 20 minutes, focusing on daily work-related activities, and requiring proof of literacy.
