Sand substrates using an orbital sander and apply paint manually with a roller and brush. Hang parts to be painted on the monorail according to the color indicated on metal labels and the booth installed above the monorail. Adjust the spray gun according to the pre\-defined settings specified in standards. Spray paint uniformly onto part surfaces while avoiding accumulation and weak spots; vacuum accumulated paint with a vacuum cleaner and reapply if necessary to achieve the required film thickness during medium-level painting operations such as WAU\-01\- electronics, WAU\-18, and WAU\-06\. Perform periodic cleaning and maintenance of equipment, as well as evaluate the general condition of painting instruments, requesting replacement when necessary. Measure paint film thickness and adhesion according to standards. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions related to assigned tasks. Exercise self\-control for each operation/task by observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, and recording results if necessary.
