**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Monitor daily preparation of materials, tools, and other resources required for maintenance activities.
* Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in workforce allocation, always respecting activity prioritization criteria and ensuring maximum adherence to scheduled plans.
* Track or allocate labor hours via SAP.
* Propose new methods for performing maintenance tasks to improve service quality and maximize efficiency regarding personal safety, environmental safety, costs, and time—ensuring continuous improvement in work quality.
* Evaluate all working conditions and associated risks involved in activities, and prepare documentation related to EHS policies and required authorizations for activities demanding higher-level approvals.
* Release low-complexity work assignments per EHS matrix and policies.
* Provide technical support for maintenance activities by proposing the most appropriate method according to procedures, drawings, or technical guidelines.
* Ensure execution records are entered into the computerized maintenance system (e.g., labor hour reporting, deviations, and execution details).
* Promote teamwork within the execution team to foster a harmonious and reinforced work environment.
**What are we looking for?**
* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields.
* Active registration with CFT (Federal Council of Technicians).
**What would be considered an advantage?**
* Knowledge of MS Project (scheduling, critical path, resource leveling).
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, KPIs).
* Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
* Experience in industrial safety, including JSA (Job Safety Analysis), PTW (Permit-to-Work), safety standards, and field best practices.
* Familiarity with maintenance management systems (SAP PM or similar is preferred).
