If you are dynamic, creative, curious, proactive, passionate about challenges, enjoy interacting with people, value teamwork, and seek an environment that supports diversity, this opportunity is for you! **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing and supporting internal marketing initiatives; * Implementing employer branding strategies to strengthen the employer brand; * Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics of marketing activities; * Conducting market and competitor monitoring to identify opportunities; * Supporting the organization and execution of internal and external events; * Managing social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn), focusing on strategy, content, and SEO; * Reviewing and standardizing marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, brochures, etc.); * Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, etc.); * Supporting inbound marketing initiatives and CRM management; **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or Advertising and Public Relations; * Residing in Belo Horizonte or nearby regions; * Advanced English proficiency; * If you have a portfolio, feel free to share it with us during your application! **Not Required, But Preferred Qualifications:** * English fluency; * Basic knowledge of metric analysis (Google Analytics or mLabs); * Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; * Basic knowledge of SharePoint. **Advantages and Benefits of Being a Bwtecher:** * Transportation allowance based on your needs; * Meal and/or food allowance of R$19.00/day; * Broadband internet subsidy to help with your internet bill; * Culture allowance for movies, theater, books, etc.; * Flexible working hours and hour bank; * Hybrid work model: two days per week onsite at the office and three days remote; * Support for studies and certifications, because we are constantly evolving; * Birthday day off to enjoy your special day; * TotalPass for your health and wellness; * Unlimited fresh fruit at the office — because a healthy snack is essential, right?!; * No dress code — be yourself!
