Administrative and financial routine support Check\-Up Medicina e Diagnóstico, the 3rd largest laboratory in the state of Minas Gerais by number of tests processed, operating in Clinical Analysis and Imaging Diagnosis, is seeking Receptionists. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and serve patients in person, either at the advanced counter (ticket kiosk) or service counter; * Register and update patient data in the system, verify medical requisitions, and request authorization from health insurance providers; * Schedule tests (Clinical Analysis, Imaging, or Home Sample Collection), inform test preparation requirements (fasting, sample collection, timing, etc.) where applicable; * Provide test quotations to private clients and record quotations in the system; * Deliver test results according to laboratory protocols; * Support the team with general administrative routines; * Receive payments, manage cash flow, issue invoices, and report daily received amounts to the finance department; * Assist in verifying sector cleanliness and notify leadership when maintenance is required; * Maintain an organized and clean service counter and sector cabinets; * Provide support to newcomers regarding information transfer, acting as a multiplier and assisting service delivery; * Organize, verify, and monitor daily health insurance authorization forms and support leadership in related matters; * Ensure issuance and release of health insurance forms, verifying medical requisitions and eligibility; * Perform daily double verification of service forms; * Monitor pending service issues when they arise; * Fulfill other tasks requested by leadership as needed. **Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours; * Flexibility regarding logistics; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to handle stressful situations; * Basic computer literacy; * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Experience in customer service (preferred); * Prior experience as a receptionist in the healthcare field (preferred — minimum 1 year); \- Familiarity with health insurance plans and sales-oriented mindset (preferred — considered a plus); **Base Salary** \+ Benefits **Benefits:** * Onboarding allowance * Individual Performance or Attendance Bonus * Meal allowance * Unimed health insurance plan (with co-payment); * Dental insurance (50% subsidized); * Life insurance; * Gympass/Wellhub; * Tenure-based benefits; * Emotional support (Psychological Assistance Program); * Birthday gift card; * Discounts on tests offered by the company; **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract. **Work Location:** On-site.
