Attendance, punctuality, and adherence to the work schedule ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement in the main entrance lobby, elevator lobbies, courtyards, corridors of the building, and parking areas, and strive to identify them, thereby preventing suspicious individuals from entering or directing others to their requested destinations; Treat all residents, tenants, owners, and visitors with respect and courtesy; Perform other duties relevant to the position. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Be assiduous and punctual, adhering to the assigned work schedule; Wear the uniform and maintain it properly; Proven work experience documented in employment record. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Meal Allowance R$ 31.34 ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
