




Job Summary: Responsible for developing, pre-preparing, and preparing food, including desserts and meats, performing cooking operations and supervising assistants. Key Highlights: 1. Guidance and support in the kitchen **Responsibilities:** * Review the daily menu and assume responsibility for its development * Pre-preparation and preparation of food according to the menu; * Responsible for food preparation according to the menu (cooking food, monitoring cooking times in pressure cookers and steam cookers, preparing fried foods, and assisting with portioning meals into lunch boxes and containers for transport and/or distribution on the production line); * Responsible for preparing food such as desserts, meats, roasted dishes, cereals, legumes, vegetables, and other required dishes; * Perform cooking of ingredient quantities designated for food preparation and supervise assistants; * Replenishment of the production line; Support in setting up portioning lines; Cleaning of the workplace and utensils; Check equipment operation and report maintenance or repair needs; **Working Hours:** * 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM, rotating schedule of 6 days on / 1 day off Meal card worth BRL 250.00 Attendance bonus of 8% + night shift allowance Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 2,164.67 – BRL 2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Experience in Industrial Kitchen (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
