We also provide web-based authorization and QR Code solutions to generate even more business. #### **About the position:** * We are looking for an assistant responsible for contacting customers regarding collections and invoice reminders for clients in our database, customer retention, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, preparing reports, and assisting with any other tasks related to customer service. #### **Main responsibilities:** The Collection Assistant is the professional responsible for performing collection activities for delinquent customers, aiming to recover the company’s receivables.
