**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on Front-End or Tooling equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions; perform repairs and adjustments via assembly and disassembly of tools and equipment used in manufacturing, repairing or replacing parts and components to ensure perfect equipment operation and extend equipment service life; and deliver training to disseminate essential technical knowledge for employee competency development.
* Comply with procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS) to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
* Participate in planning and execute monthly preventive maintenance activities according to the annual schedule established at the beginning of the year, managing materials, tools, equipment, and time.
* Comply with all applicable standards and procedures, and participate in company programs related to occupational safety, occupational health, environmental protection, etc., to meet legal and internal requirements.
* Conduct routine inspections to detect equipment anomalies based on operational checklists and perform mechanical interventions whenever necessary to ensure full equipment functionality.
* Coordinate and execute equipment setup on the production line through activities defined in SMED, aiming to minimize equipment and production line downtime during changeovers.
* Maintain the workplace and equipment clean and organized in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and the 5S methodology, using and encouraging other workstation employees to adopt Lean tools.
* Comply with all applicable standards and procedures, and participate in company programs related to occupational safety, occupational health, environmental protection, etc., to meet legal and internal requirements.
**What We Are Looking For:**
**Required:**
* Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent;
* Knowledge in: Industrial Mechanics, Machine Tools, Metrology, Reading and Interpretation of Technical Drawings, Hydraulics and Pneumatics of Production Equipment;
* Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred:**
* + Statistical Process Control;
+ TPM Failure Analysis;
+ Microsoft Office Suite;
+ Lean Manufacturing Tools;
+ Integrated Management System (IMS).
**Additional Information:**
* **Work Location:** Frutal/MG
* **Work Model:** On-site
* **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, on a rotating shift schedule of 4 days on / 4 days off. Shift rotation occurs every 6 months.
