We welcome people who add value to our team, regardless of nationality, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other differences. **Join us on this journey to provide food for the world!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee and guide workshop, boiler-making, and lubrication maintenance activities—both scheduled and unscheduled—to ensure mechanical maintenance is performed effectively, maintaining equipment and facilities in optimal operating condition, maximizing operational availability and asset reliability at minimal cost and highest quality, while adhering to safety and environmental standards; * Supervise and guide workshop, boiler-making, and lubrication activities for mechanical maintenance execution—assigning tasks, setting priorities, resolving potential doubts, and providing technical and/or administrative guidance—aiming to achieve and take ownership of results within their area of responsibility; * Participate in weekly planning meetings with operational and administrative departments to align work scheduled for the upcoming week, issuing technical opinions, defining priorities, and establishing planned activities to be carried out the following week; * Guide execution of weekly scheduled tasks, aiming to comply with pre-established and agreed-upon schedules with production and administrative departments; * Identify requirements for materials and spare parts, informing immediate supervisor to initiate stock registration requests, issue requisitions, and ensure delivery per scheduling needs; * Plan and monitor ongoing services to minimize overtime, eliminate rework, reduce execution time, and ensure service safety and quality according to defined standards; * Daily implementation of the “5S” program at the workplace and proper maintenance of equipment and tools under their responsibility, using appropriate materials to maintain them in normal working condition; * Execute activities described in applicable Procedures and Work Instructions related to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred: Completed bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Required: Technical course in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance; experience in subassembly maintenance preferred; * Knowledge of welding, boiler-making, machine elements, and industrial lubrication. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU HERE** **Health insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Dental insurance plan for employee and dependents** **Life insurance** **Private pension program** **Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) linked to performance goals** **Meal allowance or food voucher for daily use** **On-site cafeteria (subject to location)** ** 6-month maternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **20-day paternity leave (Citizen Company Program)** **Special Support and Care Program for employees and family members** **Access to a physical activity platform: Wellhub** **Education and language program (per company policy)** We are a young and ambitious company, built by people sharing the same vibrant energy and alignment with our growth DNA.
