**Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- The production operator shall perform syrup filling into buckets, drums, and bag-in-box containers. \- Prepare loading based on specifications in the truck loading sheet. \- Conduct a visual inspection of the truck, verifying general and sanitary conditions required for loading. \- Control the process according to quality and safety standards during operations. \- Collect samples at the end of the process and send them to the laboratory to obtain release authorization for loading. \- Transfer products approved by the laboratory from receiving tanks to storage tanks. \- Load the truck. \- Prepare seals, print seal labels, and seal the truck. \- Perform inspections at critical control points as per the checklist. Perform replacements and adjustments, or request Maintenance to intervene in situations where such authority is not held. \- Clean and sanitize tanks. \- Assist the Refinery and Syrup Filling department by performing activities of operators in that department when necessary. \- Perform and maintain area cleaning and organization. \- Seek process improvements, enhance quality and safety, participate in cost reduction controls, and support accident investigations within the department. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Ensure that the product to be loaded complies with the specification released by the laboratory and meets each customer’s requirements; + Ensure that the truck loading checklist matches the inspection performed; + Ensure that no equipment operates outside desired parameters; + Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the facility, adhering to Cargill’s Safety Policy; + Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness and organization.
