We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) and Materials Management, possessing a structural mindset, systemic vision, and the ability to practically transform processes. The role will focus on a strategic project in the mining sector, emphasizing the implementation and consolidation of processes, increased operational reliability, and improved efficiency in asset and materials management. Design and implement the PCM model; Develop maintenance procedures, workflows, and routines; Manage and review maintenance plans within the system (SIMAP); Provide technical mentoring and support continuous improvement for the local team; Structure and optimize materials and warehouse management; Define material inflow, outflow, receiving, and inspection workflows; Evaluate and implement inventory policies (safety stock, critical items, FIFO); Review warehouse physical and systemic layout and organization; Map processes, define responsibilities, and identify improvement opportunities; Conduct training sessions and ensure adoption of new processes; Promote integration among maintenance, procurement, and operations.
