We are seeking an Organizational Psychologist to join our team. We are looking for a responsible, strategic professional committed to human and organizational development, training, employee support, and strengthening organizational climate. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Ø Comply with NR\-1 requirements, focusing on identification, prevention, and monitoring of psychosocial risk factors in the workplace;
Ø Develop cross-departmental initiatives promoting employee mental health and well-being;
Ø Monitor organizational climate and propose improvements to the corporate environment;
Ø Administer behavioral tests and assessments when necessary;
Ø Design and deliver training programs, onboarding sessions, and human development initiatives;
Ø Promote internal awareness campaigns on emotional health, quality of life, and workplace safety;
Ø Support implementation of internal HR policies;
Ø Provide follow-up and support to employees facing adaptation challenges or work-related emotional difficulties;
Ø Produce reports, metrics, and expert opinions related to organizational and psychosocial areas;
Ø Travel to other company units as required by organizational needs.
