Driving a vehicle for outreach activities THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE TRANSPORTATION NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift arrangements will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4606\.75 **Unit:** Avenida Maria Clara da Fonseca Planalto \| Patos de Minas MG **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and activities to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, driving the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL (OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration. c) For higher education, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. VALID NATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE, CATEGORY “D”. **Proof required:** Copy of valid driver's license. COMPLETION OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING COURSE FOR DRIVERS OF COLLECTIVE AND PASSENGER TRANSPORT VEHICLES (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). **Proof required:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR TRAINING. **Proof required:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, including start and end dates where applicable, supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying the start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, as well as a description of duties performed; c) Copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience. LICENSE ELIGIBILITY FOR PAID ACTIVITIES ON THE DRIVER'S LICENSE. **Proof required:** Copy of valid driver's license. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience in socio-educational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF HIRING:** DRIVER’S LICENSE RECORD FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS (DOCUMENT PRESENTATION AND VALIDATION AT TIME OF HIRING).
