Control of reagent dosage for improved performance Mineral Process Operator II (Beneficiation) \- Araxá/MG This position reports to the Production and Beneficiation Supervision team at CMA. What will be your responsibilities? 1 OPERATION Operate and inspect systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure continuous production and dispatch within defined parameters. 2 PROCESS MONITORING Monitor and track operational process parameters to optimize production. 3 REAGENT DOSAGE Control the dosage of reagents and inputs in ore treatment to ensure better distribution and achieve optimal operational performance. 4 SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT Perform and monitor activities in accordance with established operating procedures; issue safety documentation when authorized, to ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment policies. 5 OPERATIONAL SUPPORT Record and report process operational conditions to supervisors and maintenance teams to keep them updated on process progress. 6 MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT Test machines and equipment after maintenance to restore them to operation, performing minor maintenance interventions. 7 UNIT CLEANING Control and carry out cleaning of production facilities to maintain the workplace in perfect hygiene and safety conditions. 8 PRODUCT HANDLING Perform and monitor maneuvers for positioning tanks and storage locations of products and raw materials for loading and unloading. 9 CONTRACT Supervise mine haulage operations and their variables for measurement and payment of services rendered.
