Possesses a systemic view of PCM and technical competence to perform inspection, planning, procurement, scheduling, and preparation activities, guaranteeing that maintenance tasks are executed on schedule, with cost control, quality, and safety — including during temporary staff absences or increased operational demand. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct maintenance inspections according to established routes, identifying anomalies, operational deviations, and intervention needs. * Record field technical information, creating work orders and ensuring data quality and reliability to support planning. * Promote best practices, standardization, and an integrated view of PCM processes. * Develop preventive maintenance schedules, planning work orders, defining scope, logical sequence, resources, materials, and execution time. * Ensure work orders are complete, clear, and executable prior to scheduling. * Assess availability of materials required for maintenance execution, requesting them via SC and SA issuance when necessary. * Monitor material delivery deadlines, address item shortages, and evaluate technical alternatives. * Schedule maintenance activities based on resource capacity, operational priorities, and available time windows. * Verify materials picked by the warehouse, withdrawing and preparing them for positioning in execution areas. * Support backlog analysis, maintenance indicators, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within PCM workflows. * Flexibly perform any PCM function (inspection, planning, procurement, scheduling, or preparation) as business needs require. Requirements and Qualifications * Technical course in **Industrial Mechanics**, **PCM**, or related fields. * Knowledge of industrial equipment applied to mining. * Technical analysis ability, organization, and information control skills. Desirable Requirements * Experience in industrial or mining environments. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems (e.g., **Totvs, SAP**, or similar). * Intermediate knowledge of **Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project**. * Experience analyzing maintenance indicators and backlog. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams.
