Count on us to build a future together! **Job Summary:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities for yellow- and white-line equipment, ensuring asset availability, reliability, and safety. Manages technical teams, performance indicator tracking, failure analysis, contract and supplier management, as well as compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards. Contributes to cost optimization, extended equipment service life, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for coordinating and managing all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for heavy earthmoving machinery and equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, crawler tractors, among others), ensuring full fleet functionality, operational asset availability, and employee safety. Directly involved in planning, controlling, and executing work orders, managing technical teams, and controlling costs. Plans, monitors, and ensures proper execution of asset inventory activities, control and reconciliation at headquarters and units, and conducts medium- and long-term planning for asset replacement, insurance renewals, and major overhauls. * Plans and controls electrical, electronic, automation, mechanical, and civil preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities, mitigating production stoppage risks within the shortest possible timeframe and at satisfactory costs. * Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling, defining procedures and timelines, developing and monitoring plans, and making necessary adjustments to reduce losses and meet company-defined targets. * Determines requirements for outsourced services and ensures identification, development, and evaluation of specialized suppliers and service providers according to technical specifications and internal procedures. * Contributes to reducing maintenance costs through service quality, proper use of materials and spare parts, and implementation of systematic controls regarding equipment wear and service life. * Leads teams of mechanics and maintenance technicians. * Controls and analyzes maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, cost per hour, etc.). * Conducts technical diagnostics and supports decisions on more complex maintenance issues. * Manages activities related to major overhauls of machinery and equipment, as well as expansion or infrastructure improvement projects (civil and building works), planning, scheduling, allocating, and monitoring tasks in accordance with internal procedures and current safety regulations, aiming to meet established quality, cost, and schedule targets. * Monitors budgets and consolidates maintenance costs, analyzing planned vs. actual expenditures, identifying variances, seeking justifications from responsible parties, and proposing and tracking corrective actions to ensure process accuracy and achievement of defined targets. * Manages the Company’s assets, conducting inspections and audits at production and commercial units to ensure physical and asset integrity, as well as regularizing registrations and controls, declaring and paying applicable taxes on official websites, competent authorities, and notary offices, aiming to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance. * Ensures optimization of resources (spare parts, tires, materials, supplies, and labor). **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Postgraduate degree in a related field. **Experience:** * Solid experience in maintenance of heavy earthmoving machinery. * Prior experience in supervisory or coordination roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Equipment from Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Case, Scania, among others. * Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC). * Microsoft Office suite and maintenance management systems (e.g., Engemam, SAP, Totvs, Manutenção Web, etc.).
