Financial Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Description

* Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio; * Monitor delinquent customers, identifying delays and credit risks; * Execute collection actions (proactive and reactive), negotiating deadlines, amounts, and payment methods; * Prepare and monitor debt restructuring agreements; * Analyze payment history and customer behavior; * Update and maintain financial records and management reports; * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, and legal) to address delinquency issues; * Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial regulations. Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in delinquency collections; * Digital Fluency: Intermediate to advanced proficiency, capable of using ERP systems, electronic spreadsheets (especially Excel with formulas, pivot tables, and charts), BI platforms, and accounting systems. It is essential to be able to extract, interpret, and consolidate financial data, as well as use digital collaboration and communication tools; * Mandatory experience with TOTVS system; * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or nearby regions.
