DAY SHIFT POSITION\-12 x 36 \- 07/19 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: °Monitor CCTV, alarm, sensor, tracking, and other security equipment systems. °Detect risk situations, intrusions, technical failures, or suspicious behaviors. °Activate rapid response teams, security forces, or registered responsible parties, according to internal procedures. °Record all incidents in the system or in a control log. °Maintain agile and clear communication with clients, external and internal teams, and managers. °Comply with security and confidentiality protocols regarding monitored information. °Report equipment failures and request preventive or corrective maintenance. °Support training of new operators and standardization of monitoring procedures. REQUIREMENTS: FAMILIARITY WITH SYSTEMS\-Intelbras, Sigma, Difort, D'guard, Bosch, among others (a competitive advantage). °Completed high school education. °Courses in electronic security (desirable). °Basic knowledge of computer literacy and monitoring systems (CCTV). °Good typing skills and proficiency in spreadsheets, Excel, and Word. °Ability to remain calm in emergency situations. °Organization, sustained attention, and a responsible profile. °Prior experience in monitoring. °Teamwork and conflict management skills. °Ethical, discreet, and committed profile.
