**Mission:** We are seeking a professional to work as a Barter Specialist, responsible for organizing barter operations in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring security, strategy, and efficiency at every stage of the process. This position requires strong market relationships, commercial and financial acumen, technical support to the sales team, and continuous monitoring of the agronomic landscape, contributing to the development of operations, partnerships, and business results. **Requirements:** * Reside in Uberlândia/MG; * Bachelor's degree completed in Agronomy, Business Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in barter operations, agricultural marketing, or commodity markets; * Knowledge of the agricultural market, logistics, storage, and commercial negotiations; * Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with producers, trading companies, cooperatives, warehouses, and strategic partners; * Familiarity with administrative processes, contract formalization, and operational controls; * Willingness to travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
