Responsibilities * Conduct **active prospecting** (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and internal databases) to generate opportunities * Qualify leads, understand needs, and **present solutions** consultatively * Lead **negotiation and closing** (proposals, follow-ups, and pipeline management) * Perform **post-sales**, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals * Record and update information in CRM/spreadsheets and maintain cadence routines * Work with targets and KPIs (conversion rate, response time, activity volume, and closing rate) * Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to continuously improve the sales process Requirements * Experience in **inside sales** (inside sales/telemarketing/commercial consultant) * Clear communication, persuasion skills, and routine organization * Hands-on profile, energetic for prospecting and disciplined in follow-up * Familiarity with **CRM**, WhatsApp Business, and digital tools Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.200,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
