This is an opportunity for those eager to learn through practice, understand how HR directly impacts the business, and build a solid foundation in processes, culture, and people management. Here, you won’t just provide support—you’ll be an active contributor to the team’s evolution. **What You’ll Do Here?** * Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback organization) * Assist with onboarding and offboarding routines * Help organize documents, controls, and internal workflows * Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and internal communication * Contribute to organizing training sessions and development pathways * Update spreadsheets, systems, and departmental KPIs * Help continuously improve HR processes **Requirements** * Currently enrolled from the 3rd semester onward in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields * Availability to intern 6 hours/day (30 hours/week) during business hours * Availability to intern in person in Uberlândia * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Responsibility regarding deadlines and commitments * Genuine interest in human development and organizational culture **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience (even previous internships) in recruitment & selection or administrative routines * Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or HR management platforms * Participation in academic projects related to people management * Interest in topics such as recruitment & selection, organizational culture, leadership development, and performance management If you want to join a team that thinks big, delivers with purpose, and refuses to settle for the obvious, Bowe is the place for you.
